We do "not" sell parts.  However, if you cannot locate some parts in the shipment that you just received, or if you just received the merchandise but you need replacement parts (such as movements, etc.), please contact us within 5 days of receiving of your item(s) and submit the form below.

Typically, some of the part(s) are wrapped up and taped to the side of the cardboard used for packing the clock - Sometimes they are hard to see.   Please verify this before submitting this request.
